I have 4 nights booked at the BWV, the breakdown is first night BW view, 2nd night Pool view, Nights 3 & 4 BW view. My question is, will my dining plan expire with each room ressie or will it be the total of the nights we are there? I made ressies at California Grill the first night and Yachtsman STeakhouse the last night, now I'm worried that I won't have the credits. Hope someone can help me. Thanks.

If your ressies are linked, I think it will be for the whole time. My son is there now, staying 3 nts. BWV and 3 nts. SSR. I booked the DDP for both ressies, and when i added the 3rd night to SSR, the CM said that it added on automatically since it was a "linked' ressie. You could always call MS to make sure.

I don't know if they can be "linked" since they are different views. If you have to move, they will have to give you new keys. Did you waitlist for night 2?

I did waitlist for the second night (in Feb.). I will call member services. Thanks for the advice.

I asked a month ago and MS said that it is per reservation. If you have all the room changes on one reservation it should be good the duration. I would deffinetly check though as it seems you get different answers when you talk to different CM's

As I understand the rules, you'd have to get 3 different and separate DDP. That means you wouldn't be able to carry over from one to another. It's certainly a gray area so you may want to get a ruling from MS in writing if they tell you otherwise. If you're told no it'll be 3 separate ones, ask again at check in. You'll also likely need to check in 3 times. Hopefully the other night comes through and you won't have to worry about it. Or you could possibly change to all in a preferred, non BW view.

Thanks for the advice....I hadn't thought about 3 different checkins, that may make DH go crazy!!

We have ressies where we switch from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom, and we have to check out and check in they told me we had to start the DP over, no carry overs.

I was told the same thing. We're doing a studio for 6 days and then a 1 bdrm for 4 days. The reservations are linked but since I have to check out and then back in that we'd have 2 seperate DPs. Was told it's per ressie#. So when making my adrs I had to make sure that all the crideits from the 6 day portion of the trip were used before midnight on the check out day from that ressie. If you have 4 different ressies then you won't have enough credits for CA Grill, but you would for Yachtsman since your last ressie is for 2 nights. Defintely call to find out.

Thanks Pam, I think I'm going to have to figure a few things out. My DH is more upset about moving and not having a place to crash during the day. We go to Disney to relax, eat and hit the parks for a couple of hours a day.

You can likely use this to your advantage if you chose to do planning and have separate checks.
