We will be there for April vacation, which will be the week before Easter (we check out the day before Good Friday). I booked the Dining Plan (3 adults and an 11 year old), but I was debating on cancelling it. I don't think even the adults would eat $58 worth of food each day, we wouldn't get anything fancy, and probably not get desert with each meal. Then I heard the prices go up around that time because of Easter. We will be there 6 days, and are planning on O'hana, Whispering Canyon, Crystal Palace, Coral Reef, Mama Melrose Fantasmic Package, and maybe Tusker House character meal. Any thoughts on whether this is true and if the plan would be worth it? Thanks!!

When you're planning your costs, remember that for the Disney Dining Plan, your 11 year old pays the adult price. To see if it's worth it, you might want to check the prices of the meals where you plan to eat. Also, while tax is included in the Dining Plan, tips aren't.

With the regular prices, it wouldn't be. But depending on how much the prices increase around holidays, it may be. I just am not sure how much of an increase to expect.
