dining plan drink question

You get one non-alcoholic drink with the dining plan, can this be a smoothie or specialty drink or is it just soft drinks or water?

Just got back....

My kids got shakes every time they were listed on the menu - don't know about the smoothies. Also, anything that has a glow cube is not included in the plan.

Oh, and shakes are usually refillable (especially at Whispering Canyon!)
