Dining Plan confusion

I am contemplating adding the dining plan to our package for December. The main reason for this is that if we want to do the Candlelight Processional dinner package, it is $47.99 per person and the dining plan is only 38.99 so we come out ahead on at least one day.

Anyway, on the phone the CM said that tax and gratuity were not included. However, I was under the impression that the new plan didn't go into effect until January. Can anyone confirm for me? If we go in December, is it still the old plan where everything was included or has it already changed?

Still the old 2007 plan in December. New plan begins on January 1, 2008. Unless of course your stay starts in Dec and continues into Jan then it will be the 2007 plan for your entire stay.
