Dining plan and menus

I'm considering the table service dining plan but want to know if everything on a menu is included. For example, Toothsome has a lot of sandwich/burger options for - $15.00-$16.00. But can you use it on the filet or NY strip steak?

I have not bought the table service place but think there were some posts about prepaid dining on Damo’s food sticky

Did glance at the UO site and noticed some information on the two pre purchase dining plans
