Dining Plan & Alcohol Question

We are contemplating the dining plan. (I realize all the pros and cons. Sometimes we get it and sometimes we don’t.) Since the dining plan now includes an alcoholic beverage with each meal, and my daughter is under 21, can I order her adult beverage for myself? So, i could have 2 glasses of wine (one from my dining plan and one from her dining plan)...right?

It will work with QS (since you can go up and order both meals). Not sure about TS...but I'm guessing it won't work.

I think I read on a prior thread that they allowed that but I was hoping some one had first hand knowledge

The alcohol goes w the meal if the meal is for someone under 21 then no, you should not be able to get it and consume it yourself. You are not entitled to booze w every credit since you are not eating every meal your self

I am sure that folks are finding ways around it, but we do not support that on the Dis
