Dining package....questions.

We have never stayed on site for more than a day cause we usually go for 2-3 weeks in total at a time twice a year so it was not an option $$$ wise. Well this December we want to join friends on-site for 5-7 days and they get the dining package...I am confused by the choices and if we can even get it.


We are not thinking FREE dining but just the regular dining package. See, we have annual passes and the only way I can see the dining package on-line was with magic your ways park tickets. is there a way to get the dining package if we are annual passholders? or is it not possible?


Also, what package is the "Normal" package and what is the cost per day for this dining option?

You may want to look at the Everything You Always Wanted To Know sticky thread on the Dining Plan Forum - which is the forum I am moving your post to because it's about the dining plan.

The regular dining plan is $39.99 per adult per night of your stay and entitles you to one TS credit, one CS credit and one snack credit per night.

If you are an annual passholder, you can book a room/dining package, no ticket purchase required. You can even get an annual passholder room discount applied to the package. This is a package reservation, not a room-only reservation. Room-only reservations have much more lenient cancellation policies, for one.

Thank you so much for moving this...I had not seen the other options...It sounds like a great deal...I will miss the room we have in the condo but we will stay an extra week off-site and this will be a good option to be with our friends.

If you're staying in the same room with your friends or on the same reservation, and they get the dining plan, you must get it too - and you must get the same plan they get for the full length of the stay, whether or not you remain in the room with them for their entire reservation. If they are not annual passholders, you can reserve the room as an annual passholder and get the dining plan with no tickets for everyone. They could then buy their own tickets if they need to do so.

If you are just booking a separate room at the same resort as your friends, you can buy whatever plan you want, or not use a plan.
