Are all of the restaurants (table and counter service) open during MVMCP?

LTT and Tony's are open thru the party, till aroun 9:30p.

Castle, the Plaza, and Crystal Palace are open till park closing.

Pecos Bills, Cosmic Rays, Casey's Corner, MK Bakery, Sleepy Hallow, Mrs. Potts Cupboard and I think the Noodle Station are open.
