I see in Member Perks that DVC members can get a discount on food and non-alcoholic drinks at some EPCOT restaurants. What if you have TIW? Do you get the DVC discount AND the TIW discount? I'll be surprised if the answer is yes, but hope it is!

That is correct. TIW generally trumps all others, including AP & DVC discounts.

The DVC discounts might not be all restaurants for all meals. Might only be lunch time or even early lunch (usually when the discounted restaurant is not crowded).

Discounts are never stacked. If you get the TIW card as a DVC member, you'll need to purchase at least $500 in food/beverages to make back the cost of the card. If you get it with the AP discount, you need to spend $375.
