Dining Discount in February??

My DFi called to make our reservation at POP about a week ago and the CM told him to check out cheap prices on dining that would be offered in February. I can't find anything else on the subject. Has anyone heard anything?

We are going in Feb also and haven't heard anything about discounted dining. It would be great though!!!

I wonder if "offered" means announced for later booking ? I'm so hoping for a May discount...hopefully free dining !
