Try the roasted chicken at Wolfgang Puck's restaurant. It is incredibly well seasoned and served with a sprig of rosmary.

my favorite is the macadamia nut crusted chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and sho yu cream sauce...i got the recipe off of one of these boards allowing me to make it at home but will still get it when i go there.
