I recently made a priority seating for the 17th of July for Blue Bayou. I was told it is 2months out, by the person I talked to when making my PS. They do not adhere strictly to the exact 60 day rule, like they do at WDW. So say you want a PS for August 1st. You should call June 1st. You can ask for all your PS's at the same time, calling for your earliest first. If they can accomodate you, they will. If they cannot, because the date is not yet in the computer, they will tell you when to call back. They were very nice, when I called. I only had to call back for one. They were able to book 3 for me at my first phone call. So call 2 months prior to when you are looking for your first.
