Dining and Fastpasses for 2 year old questions

Bringing our 2 year old DGD later this year-- couple of questions to verify my current understanding (we're used to adult-only trips!):

1-- Fastpasses-- since she has no ticket, there is no need to make Fastpasses for her, correct? She just enters the ride with the rest of us who will have Fastpass.

2-- Dining-- she has to be on the reservation for all table service dining for accurate numbers (i.e., fire code), right?

3--also Dining-- If we are eating at a buffet or all you can eat table service, such as 'Ohana breakfast, or Cape May character buffet--- even though she is listed on the reservation (question 2), we are not charged for her meal since she is under 3, correct?
I figure at quick service and other meals, we will likely get her child's plates.

Correct on all 3.

This is more of an issue with on site reservations, but make sure whomever is doing the FP selections remembers to deselect her profile when making FPs or there will be an error about an unticketed person.
