Dining Alone in Epcot

My husband and Mother in law will be dining at Biergarten, somewhere I have no interest in eating at. Do any of the the TS restaurants have bars that can accomodate lone eaters, or is CS going to be my only option? If so what is recommended, we have never eaten at Epcot before, we ate before and after last year, only getting a snack. I do have issues with gluten, and therefore it makes it a bit harder, but from what I can tell most places have somethings I can eat.

I have done Epcot alone and I had no problem finding a table for one as a walk up. I did this at Rose and Crown last year and Bistro De Paris this year. These were regular tables and not at the Bar. I know both restaurants along with Italy have Bars you can eat in, also.

You could consider walking or riding the boat to Boardwalk to eat at the wonderful kitchen-view counter at the Flying Fish ....

I did solo lunches at Chefs de France and was treated like a queen! I also did a solo lunch at Tutto Italia and was rushed through the entire meal.

Food was great at both places.

I've eat at Le Cellier, Chefs de France, Rose and Crown, Alfredo's, Tutto Italia and Bistro de Paris all solo. No issues at all. I sometimes bring a book or people watch.
