Dining Advice

DH and I are staying at BWI for our 15th anniversary in August on the dining plan. We are having dinner at the Yachtsman on our anniversary, other than that our dinner plans are still open. These are some places we are considering, let's hear your opinions:
Cap't Jack's (DTD- we have tickets for La Nouba our first night and this is on the dining plan, I am watching to see if any other restaurants are added in the DTD area)
Councourse Steakhouse
Cinderella's Royal Table(dinner)
Cape May Clam Bake
OHana'
Liberty Tree Tavern
ESPN Zone
Beaches and Cream
Spoodles
Hollywood and Vine Fantasmic dinner package (would pay for this out of pocket, for the price of the buffet, plus the $10 fee for the Fantasmic package, it would be silly to use the plan, it seems)
Which of these would you do or not do and is there anywhere else I should consider?

'Ohana is a must restaurant for us every trip. We dine there on our arrival day.

Love the Castle for dinner--we've done it twice and have had good food & service. Can't beat the armosphere.

We did H&V for Fantasmic Package. Nothing fancy, but some tasty comfort foods and lots of variety. I particularly enjoyed the lo mein and veggie dishes.

Had dinner at Spoodles twice, not planning to return. Second time was just okay.

Some of our favorites that are not on your list include:

LeCellier for dinner (Mushroom Filet & Cheddar Cheese Soup are sublime).
Kona Cafe for breakfast (100% Kona Coffee Press Pot & Tonga Toast are awesome).
Tusker House for lunch (great counter service place).
Boma for dinner (outstanding buffet, especially if you like to try new things).
California Grill for dinner (excellent food & service, incredible view).

Also, be sure to arrive early for your 'Ohana dinner and try one of the awesome drinks at the Tambu Lounge.
