We at staying at POR, Feb. 17th- 24th. We are looking forward to a great week. We got a five day pass and we don't plan on hopping. Our ADR date is next week. Any suggestions for all parks would be appreciated. We are definitely doing dinner at the castle one day. What time do you think would be best for dinner. I would love to have everything planned out, but I'm horrible at planning.

I would figure out what parks you will be in for those days and plan from there.
MK is already taken care of if you are doing CRT.

My top receommendations for the other park days are:

Epcot: Tutto Italia or Biergarden
DHS: 50's Prime Time
AK: don't eat in the park but make ADR at AKL for Boma after you estimate you will leave the park that day.

You'd probably have more luck with responses over on the dining board.

Some info that helps with recommendations:
Who is in your party?
What kinds of food do you like?
Are you early morning or late night people?

Just some general recommendations of places that I like in each park:
MK: LTT (lunch)
AK: Yak & Yeti
DHS: HBD
Epcot: there are so many to choose from! R&C (dinner), Le Cellier, Les Chefs de France, Via Napoli, Tutto Italia
DTD: Raglan Road

There are also lots of good choices in the resorts, especially for dinner!

We are a family of 4. Myself, DH, DD (8) and DS (6). We eat anything. We love seafood and DS loves to try different things,DD not so much. We are mostly late night people, but will try to get to parks early. We plan on arriving on Sunday, February 17th and staying local at DTD. Then we plan to take advantage of the extra magic hours so plan is as follows:

Monday-AK
Tuesday-Epcot
Wednesday- No plans
Thursday- MK
Friday- MK
Saturday- DHS

As I said we don't want to hop. So any dining recommendations would be appreciated. We would like to limit it to 2-3 character dinings with Cinderella's Royal Table being one of them. My ADR date is in a few days so I want to have it all planned by then.

Thanks

We were there earlier this month and ate at:

Epcot - Teppan Edo (get the swordfish!)...super yummy
MK - Liberty Tree (loved the pork sandwich and the ooey gooey toffee cake...save room for dessert!
Poly - O'Hana...my teens loved this place
DHS - 50's Prime Time. Again, the teens loved it. Get the green beans, not the corn (very bland). I liked the pot roast best, my dd liked the meatloaf and the guys liked the fried chicken. Everyone but me had a malt and loved them.
Downtown Disney - Wolf Gang Puck's Cafe. Loved the smoked salmon pizza!
AK - Tusker House (we did the character breakfast buffet)...good food, nothing super duper special. We had an 8:00 am reservation and it was nice to be in the park and ready for rides before 9:00 am

Not in the parks but we love the Cinderella meal at Grand Floridian - StepMother Tremain and the two stepsisters are a hoot. Kona Cafe at Polynesian Resort is also very good.
We like the breakfast pizza at Wolf Gang Puck quick service - not the main restaurant.
For other meals - the bakery in Norway has a quick service meal with a sandwich & soup that is easy for a late supper - don't forget to try the school bread. At DHS the Starring Rolls Bakery has a good buy on sandwiches for a quick meal and a great butterfinger cupcake that will feed all 4 of you. Depending on your budget - Brown Derby is good at DHS or just for the fun & atmosphere the Sci Fi Drive In is a really different experience but don't order anything except hamburgers and milkshakes. AT AK if you are there long enough for a second meal we like the Flame Tree BBQ [counter service]- great BBQ chicken salad. If you drink alcohol be sure & try the Yak Attack at Yak & Yeti - a lovely frozen drink for a hot day. I do not think the food is very good at the castle but you want to eat there for the ambiance & to see everything - it is very expensive so maybe a breakfast since that is a cheaper meal than a lunch or supper. Also remember the new restaurant will be open in Fantasyland by the time of your trip - I think it is called Be Our Guest.
