Ding Trouble

I just bought a new laptop and was trying to download ding. I get all the way to the part where you pick your home airport and when I click on update registration it says unable to connect to southwest.com. I have tried everything I guess I am not as computer literate as I thought. Can someone please help me.

Do you have virus protection? It's possible it's blocking the site.
