DING! not working...help?

I've installed and uninstalled DING about 4 times. It was working fine up until about 2 months ago. Now, it dings, the message comes up, but when I click on the box...nothing. When I right click the icon on my desktop, the "connect now" option is grayed out and cannot be selected. I cannot figure out what this means. I have a perfectly fine internet connection and no firewall blocking the website. I don't need the fares (yet) but I do want to keep and eye on them and get the dang thing working again before I do need it. Any IT experts out there with ideas? BTW, I use Netscape as my browser but I have IE also.

I'm sorry I don't have any IT assistance for you. Have you tried calling SWA and seeing if someone can assist you? Good luck!

when this happened to me I had to turn off my internet security download the Ding then turn security back on.
