Dine with an Imagineer/Artist Point?

Hi, tomorrow I can make ADRs (6 months out!) and I have a few places picked out:

Ohana - Poly
Artist Point - Wilderness
Raglan Road - Downtown Disney
Boma - Animal Kingdom

I was going to try and get into the Brown Derby for lunch with an Imagineer, but I've been reading there may be a dinner option at Artist Point. Does anyone know if this is still an option?

Apparently, there is a dinner option at Flying Fish, but every date I have tried will not work (it says it is not scheduled on that date!) Good luck!
