dilema!! code out a 5, TA closes AT 5

This was the e-mail response from my AAA TA:

The special comes out at 5pm today. I work until 4pm today. When I come in at 9am tomorrow, I will call Disney to see if the special applies to your booking.

I will contact you first this tomorrow.

when a code was coming out I called her about it - she said she would look into when she had a chance - when I finally heard back from her 3 days later - I told her no thanks - I booked another package myself...they don't understand the urgency!!!!

I'm trying to figure out if there would be a cancellation fee or something if I end up just making my own ressie and cancelling the one I currently have... Any idea???
