I bought a digital ADIDAS runners watch for 7 $ for my trip. Initially got it for light feature for night but it paid for itself further in terms of estimating wait times in line & duration from hotel to parks. It also helped in meeting up later with party members during shopping. I saw a mom & dad use walkie talkies even!

2. OK but cell phones are better even pay as you go throw away ones.

1. I normally use a regular face watch. The digital stopwatch function & alarm gives me a visual tally without having to add up the minutes from when I start a countdown. Plus didn't feel like whipping out my Galaxy Note which is huge to be taking it in & out of bag.

2. As for the couple with the walkie talkies I assumed they were wateproof? It rained most of the week. Ponchoville!!! XD But this is only my 2nd time to Disney & am not as seasoned as frequent Disney goers who have probably refined what is best to bring & use during these trips.

Each one is unique I guess in deciding what tools work best for them
