Jessica,

I just learned how to change shadows on SBC+. When you click on shadows, just go to the pull down box (which I never knew even existed until I asked help - duh!) and you can change the depth, hardness (I think), direction & color of the shadow. It's pretty cool!

Christy -- That LO is gorgeous! I LYL at SM, too. I see you did your shadows differently this time. I haven't tried that yet. How did you do it? Was it easy or a pain in SBC+? I need to try that sometime. Any tips or hints? Thanks. This layout ROCKS!

I'm amazing myself today. I actually did a LO of what we did yesterday, rather than waiting a year or so do to it! I crack myself up!

I finally got a chance to do a bit more on my cruise book. Still only halfway through the week, but at least now my journaling of the trip report has caught up with the pictures and I'm including both on pages. That's a major breakthrough because scrapping just words can get so boring

Here are two more pages I just completed. Now I've gotta get off the 'puter so I can get some real work done!

Everything was made with Britt-ish Designs Space Ranger & date stamps 2 kits. Journaling is Californian FB and "Los Angeles" title is BigMisterC.

Quiltymom - that observatory looks like a great place to visit. Wish I could go! And I just LOVE that paper you used in your baseball LO.

Hypermommy - If you ever get out to Disneyland, then you'll have to make sure to stop on by the observatory. In the meantime, you can take a virtual tour - just click on the "history" tab and you'll find the link at the bottom of the pull-down list. Just reading about the recent renovations is astonishing in itself. Talk about a feat in engineering!

And I can't believe just how much journaling you did on your pages! Journaling is the hardest thing for me to do. I am impressed ...

OMG, those lockers are adorable! How cool is that? SO, the school lets them in a day early specifically to decorate their lockers? What a neat tradition! Thanks for sharing! I think your DD's locker should win some kind of prize! I Hoops & yoyo, too! I didn't know they were hot with the 8th grade set!

Thanks... actually, the journaling was just cut and paste of the trip reports that DH and I did here. We had such fun writing them and everyone else seemed to enjoy reading them and it just seemed like a good idea to include them so we can have some detailed memories to look back on.

Hypermommy -- Fantastic job with the digi journaling... I fell short on our cruise... had planned to do much more journaling, but it just didn't happen.

Yzerbear - LYL at SM, but just wanted to say that I really love how those leaves make your LO look 3-dimensional. Beautiful!

Here's mine from the Speed Scrap. I had a problem finding a photo to crop to make it "skinny", but then came across this one. Can't get much more long and narrow than a totem pole!

Still trying to finish the book from my cruise in April. At least this is the last LO for Wednesday night. So now I'm officially halfway through the week. Of course, now I have a bit more incentive becuase I want to get as many of them printed with that 100 prints free deal I got from MyPicTales.
