I'm still typing up the credits and making dinner. I'll be back with the credits later. Of course, there's at least one thing form Britt on each one!

I did this for the Speed Scrap at ScrapMatters last night

Here is a two-page spread that I just completed. I saw this kit from Simply Sweet Designs and had to purchase it. It was obviously perfect for the photos!

I have other LOs that I want to do from prior years visits to the cherry blossoms, so I'll be able to play with the other stuff the kit has to offer.

I LOVE it!!! I took kate down there in 2007, we had a blast. of course, that layout is scrapped on "real" paper. :) maggie

QuiltyMom -- Those Cherry Blossom LOs are gorgeous... wow... what a GREAT kit!

Melissa -- Great LOs.... The sister LO is especially stunning... And I love that lace element in Britt's new kit.

Here's one I did today with Britt's new kit... I used that template from SSD again.... It's fun to work with all of the big paper blocks.

Here is the one I did for the Wednesday Words challenge at ScrapMatters about how you got your name.

Yzer - all of your LOs are wonderful, as usual.

Yzer & Christy - I absolutely love what you did with Britt's new kit. Both LOs are stunning.

Christy, just how do you find all of these great candy-themed kits? That one is just adorable!

I find that the only problem with this thread is that you guys make spend more money! It's true!

Everyone's LO is SO gorgeous. I love Britt's new kit, and LOVE all the LOs made with it! Here's a LO I made with papers from the kit & addon, for Scrap Matter's Tuesday Template Challenge:

BTW, I was so happy when I found out the name of what the China pavillion at Epcot replicates while watching the Olympics. :)

OK, so guys, I NEED help! A family friend was in the Disney college program, and I have the cutest pics from the graduation. I want to make a LO as a surprise for her, but I can't seem to figure out what to do! I don't know if it's because it's not for me, and I want it to be perfect for someone else. I keep trying different templates, but nothing is working, let alone what elements to use! One pic is of her with Graduation Mickey & Minnie (SO cute!) and another is of her with some kind of surfing Donald. I might use a pic of her and 2 others behind a Graduation sign, but I'm not sure. The colors are all over the place too, Mickey wears green, Minnie pink, Donald red (with surfboards all over.) I don't know, any suggestions are welcomed! Templates, placements, kits, elements, whatever, I'm up for any suggestions you have! I want to finish this before we go to Disney on the 15th, so she gets it before we arrive.

That's a beautiful LO! So cool how many different spins everyone is putting on that kit.

Can we see some pictures? It might help to spark some ideas. I immediately thought I'd put a grad hat on a Mickey tag or cut out.

Hey post the picture so we can get a better idea! I'm not "supposed" to be on the computer but rehabbing, however, can't turn down a friend in need! That's SO un-Disney. :cutie:

I can't seem to find any free grad digi stuff! I've looked everywhere. I have clipart of Mickey with a grad hat, so I might use that.

Haha, very un-Disney! :P

I don't have permission to share her pics (since she doesn't even know I'm making this ;)), so I don't really feel comfortable sharing them. If I could crop her out and post those pics I would, but I'm too lazy right now to open PS. :P You can see Grad Mickey & Minnie in TinkerbellLuvr7's trip report (she was in the college program earlier this year.) It's the 2nd pic in the 2nd post here:

Hi everyone!!! Got back from the Disney Cruise on Sat. night.. had a great time despite only making Castaway Cay once due to Hanna -- they went out of their way to keep us in smooth sailing and sunny weather!

Now dd starts school today (she missed the first 4 days due to cruise) and i start my "winter" hours at work - which means working til 2pm instead of 12 noon, so not all that bad.. LOL ;)

You guys have done some amazing lo's! and I am hoping to start scrappin' something maybe tonight or tomorrow... gotta play catch up on the freebie hunt and check out SM to see what's new!

Welcome back, Caits! I thought about you several times while you were gone -- hoping you all weren't gettng too wet! SO GLAD you were able to make CC at least once! Good thing you had a double dip booked -- better odds that way! Look forward to seeing your LOs.... I'm going to e-mail you that pic tonite after work. :)

I was away at a scrapbooking retreat this weekend and I finished all of the layouts for my Disney book!! I uploaded them to Shutterfly and ordered the books today (one for me, one for MIL for Xmas). I posted about it HERE.

I'll post some of the layouts here, too, but right now, I need a little break from the computer!! Enjoy!

Labdogs....what an incredible book. You have a ton of talent. How did you do the front cover?
Good job, and also, let me know how you like them when you get them in. I was worried about having some of my sides cropped off mine after I order it.

Marci

Jessica, your book turned out fabulous! Wonderful job! Love your cover and the last page (back cover?).

Here is the one I did today:

New England Pirate Museum - This was one of my favorite museums in Salem, MA. Our guide, Pirate Nate, was super funny! The text is from the signs at the museum.
