Hi everyone, I am having a slight problem. Normally when I make my digital scrap pages, my papers and embellishments are the perfect size but when I try to make a small page (like 2.5 by 3.25 inches) the elements are WAY to big and when I scale them down, I have to do it in steps or the whole image will be so drastically resized, it will pretty much disappear of the screen.

How do you guys resize your elements to make mini pages? HELP!

P.S. I use gimp but it is very similar to Photoshop.

I use CM SB+, very easy to resize embellishments. Can't help you with photoshop or the other.:confused3 Sorry.

There are 2 things you can do, you can resize each element prior to placing it on your layout or you can create your mini album at a larger size and then resize it smaller when you are done. Both methods would eliminate the annoying click and drag resizing.

I am not familiar with your program, do you have an Image > Resize option? I don't remember the image size of a badge album, but if it is 500 pixels on the smaller size (for example) then I resize the same direction (width or height, whichever is smaller) to that same 500 (or whatever) and then you can click and drag easily to get it to exactly the size you want.

If you are going the other way, be sure to retain the ratio size. If it's 2.5 x 3.25 and you are using normal 12x12 scrapbook papers and elements, I would create at closer to 12x12, perhaps 7.5 x 9.75. Then resize your entire page after you are done.
