digital camera/camcorder question

We just recently bought a new mini dvd camcorder. It is so small that it can fit in my purse, much better than our old vhs one. It also has capabaility to take still photos with an sd memory card. My question is, can you take that card to a photo place to have prints made?? I love the idea of only carrying around one camera, but I'm not sure my printer would do a very good job of printing the photos. Does Wal-mart or other places print these photos for you??

Yes, you can take the card out and get pictures printed. But you might want to check on what the resolution of the still pictures will be. I have a Sony that does take stills but the resolution is very low and even lower if you take a still picture while also taking a video. You might want play around with it first and see if you're happy with the quality before before deciding.
