Do any of you have a hard time asking for help sometimes? I've had a week where I've had to ask DH to help me with lots of little things.
I hate HATE asking so much that I found myself in tears a couple of times on Saturday when I realized I'd have to lean on him yet again for something small.

Anyone else have a hard time asking for help?
(Please don't tell me I'm alone! LOL I don't wanna cry again! :earboy2: )

I have the same problem, many times have I found myself between a rock and a hard place and had to ask my parents for help, which I hate more than anything, they have given and done so much for me I feel like a burden...

:grouphug: I know where your coming from.....

No you are not alone. But I hope you realize that some people ENJOY helping others as it feels it might even out the "score" for help they have given in the past. I am a true believer in what goes around comes around. You are getting help you have given either physically or psychologically....cause I know u have helped me!

I hate asking for help, also. I know that I can't do everything on my own but it still hurts to ask for help....
I think we all need help every once and again!!

Good luck!! :flower:

As a hubby, it bothers me more when my wife has a million things going on, and I know she needs help doing them, but she won't tell me what it s that I can help with.

Do yourself and your DH a favor, let him know what he can help with. It will make both of you feel better.

Thanks for the manly thoughts. LOL I'd love to hear from more men on this one.

DH is honestly the most wonderful help around here, does anything I ask and sometimes anticipates what I need in advance. I NEVER have a right to complain, he's really just that terriffic a humanoid.

I rarely ever ask for help. Anything I can do for myself, I do.
I think it is a flaw or something because I need help and DH would help if I asked.

I used to be like that, but after several bad falls and injuries I now ask for help. I am afraid of getting hurt again and so is my husband. He is a sweetheart and worth his weight in gold and more.
