To add on to this, almost all milk comes from the closes dairies to the store, so your grocery store brand is the same milk that the reginal name brand is. Save yourself some money and just get the store brand.

I agree. I use my ereader a lot, but prefer books on vacation. I hate taking it to the pool or beach because I worry about it getting stolen if I go to the bathroom or leave the area. The other issue is that it can be really hard to see in bright sunlight.

I bought an e-reader vs a tablet for that reason. Mine is a Kindle Voyager and auto adjusts the light. It also has a bedtime setting which basically slowly adjusts the darkness to help you end up going to sleep. There's no blue light on the e-reader either. For sunlight I can see it clear as day no glare or anything. It is black and white though and doesn't have much to it as far as functioning but I weighed the pros and cons to a tablet vs an e-reader and found that for the purpose (even though it was expensive) of reading it was best to get something exclusively suited to it.

I do understand the stolen thing and either do what Lilsia does or I am always sure I am within eyesight of it. Most often I just do what Lilsia says.

I really don't like adults. If I ever had to work with adults in close contact all day, I would probably go to jail.

I feel the same way about kids lol. I love my kids. I do not like anyone elses. Heck, sometimes I don't like my own. And thats prob another difficult truth. It's ok to not like your kids sometimes. And sometimes it's ok if they know that you don't like them at that moment as long as they KNOW that you love them no matter what. It's also ok to not love every min of motherhood. Doesn't mean you aren't still a rock star mom.

Make up doesn't have to be expensive.

I do like certain higher end products, but my favorite make-up is mascara. And the best one I have found is Essence Lash Princess Waterproof Mascara, $4.99.

The only advantage I can think of having a book vs e-reader... if something happens to the book (left it, water damage, lost, dropped, etc), you're not out a lot of money. Replacing the e-reader... not so much.

I prefer my Kindle for travel. My bag would weigh a ton if I took enough books with me on vacation. My kids also have Kindles they use on vacation. I hate reading books on a tablet or phone. My Kindle is much easier on my eyes.

Hope you like it as much as I do. I found it doesn't clump and keeps my eyelashes up after curling them. I do not use a eyelash primer. Only a eyeshadow primer, Urban Decay. It's ok, does the job but not in love with it.

I prime rather than curl, because curling was damaging my lashes. I tried several different curlers, but kept having breaking & lashes falling out. It much have been my technique. Hopefully, the mascara will work as well with priming as it does with curling, since I've already ordered it. Oh well, $5 is worth taking a chance on it.

It could be the eyelash curler you were using in comparison to the shape of your eyes. I bought an expensive one after I convinced myself it was the curler that was making my lashes fall back down not dozens of mascaras I tried (fyi, it was the mascaras). Anyway, if you read the reviews it works well for those that kept losing lashes on the outside corners of their eye. The shape is just a little bit different compared to most curlers and adapts to those with rounder eyes. I like it, but I could use my old Cover Girl one too with no issues. You may not even be interested, but just in case here it is. I bought mine years ago at Sephora, but this is the same one:

That's ultimately what made me get a Kindle because I was bringing books for travel and I just realized between the space it took up, the weight, and the concern over damage (as they usually were library books) time for an e-reader. Plus on an airplane or in a car when it's dark I can read without disturbing others.

Next time you're in a drugstore pick up a tube of Revlon So Fierce. I find it gives great lift without curling. It's also very dark in colour without being thick - lashes stay fairly feathery with no spider legs.

The next time I'm in a drugstore it will probably be for a COVID booster or test, so I hope to not be in one for a very long time. The only time I've been in one in at least three years was to get a booster. (If it isn't obvious, I hate shopping) I choose to think positively & think I won't have a need to go to a drugstore, so I'll just put it in my Amazon cart to try it next.

Safeway's Signature Select is the best store brand.
Del Taco is amazing and I will search them out.
Legoland is an amazing park and needs more love.
