I am currently waiting for ROFR to decide on a resale contract. I am already DVC with a dec use year. This new contract will be a Feb use year. I understand the cons of two use years but this contract was too good of a price to pass up if we actually get it. So my question is I always use my 24 extra use year points. Will I now have 48 because it will be essentially be two different use years/memberships? Thanks!

Yes though hopefully you'll be less likely to need them else you should consider an additional add on. You'll also have 2 more wait list spots.

Yes you get 24 per contract per use year.

Although, like other people are saying, you won't need these as much with an additional contract. $24 *15 *2 = $720/year will add up quickly to a 50 point resale package real quick!

Buy the points you need to not use OTU points. As fast as Disney decided to offer them, they could take them away or raise the cost.
