Different types of HB vouchers

I am planning a trip next may (2013) but using this years prices to give me a rough idea of costs etc

looking through this year's brouchure where it says about half and full board vouchers it says there are three options of HB vouchers standard plus and premium but when i click Cheyenne it only gives me the option of standard vouchers.
IS this something i need to book over the phone to get the different HB options?

Hi, I can't help but I was wondering the same thing!

It definitely used to be that you could only book the HB plan that matched your hotel ie Santa Fe/Cheyenne - Standard, Sequoia/NPB - Plus and NY/DLH - Premier but there is no mention of this in the current brochure and it indicates that you can choose whichever you want. I'm scouring the T&Cs but can't find anything but you're correct in that if you go online to book (we've already booked over the phone but I want to add HB+) you can only book as if those conditions still apply. I'm confused!

as far as I recall its always been the case that if you book HB/full board etc online with your hotel, its the category of hotel which decides which HB/full board package you can book online.
But, if you phone up to add a HB/full board package to your existing hotel booking, you can add whichever board package you like. You can also upgrade your board package, so if you're thinking of the cashback on quidco etc for booking as much of your package as you can online all at once, you could add the board package which comes up online, then upgrade it later by phone, to the one you'd prefer to have.
