IIRC they also have it at RFC at AK. I've only tried it at Poly - I'm not a big fan of it - but I don't like french toast, pancakes or stuff like that for breakfast anyhow.
At AK and Cook's they are served with syrup. You can't change the inside, the only other variation would be to get them without the cinnamon/ sugar coating

Although it's probably heresy, I didn't care for the Tonga Toast either. I had it at Kona and thought it was way too sweet and I like french toast & waffles, but not pancakes.
