Do the Tonga Toasts at Kona and Captain Cook's differ in taste? Is one of them bigger and better than the other?

IIRC they also have it at RFC at AK. I've only tried it at Poly - I'm not a big fan of it - but I don't like french toast, pancakes or stuff like that for breakfast anyhow.

At Poly they are served with berries on top.

At AK and Cook's they are served with syrup. You can't change the inside, the only other variation would be to get them without the cinnamon/ sugar coating

Although it's probably heresy, I didn't care for the Tonga Toast either. I had it at Kona and thought it was way too sweet and I like french toast & waffles, but not pancakes.

The only difference I know is that the strawberry compote is only available at Kona. I love the strawberry compote with it and opt for it over syrup.

so other than the one being served at Kona with the fruit...do they taste the same? do you get "gypped" at Captain Cook's?

no that's the only difference. Capt Cook'sis the same minus the strawberry compote. However, those berries are goooood on the tonga! size is the same
