Difference between Southwest Plus/Premier card?

I currently have the Southwest Plus visa. From what I can tell, if I upgrade to the Premier card, the difference is a higher annual fee, 6,000 anniversary points as opposed to 3,000 with the Plus, and tier qualifying points? Anything else? Also, would I get the bonus 25,000 points or would I not qualify since I already have the Plus card?

The Premier has no foreign transaction fees (which is nice if you travel outside the country) and also the Fandango buy one get one free movie tickets on Friday through the summer.

I remember one time I googled it and book marked in on my iPad but if you look up Visa Signature benefits it will show some of them. - sorry not near my iPad now

I think the tier qualifying is the most important difference if you ever hope to earn the companion pass that way.

Why does the tier matter for the companion pass? I thought it was just 110K RRs in one account in a year? I got the plus level and hoped to also do the business card and get a companion pass. Did I mess up?

Being Tier 1 and a companion pass are two completely separate things. Tier one must be qualified for with lots of flights and has benefits like early boarding, blah, blah, blah. A companion pass is earned of you get 110,000 Rapid Rewards points in a year. A companion pass allows someone to fly with you for free for the remainder of that year and all of the next year.

ETA: I used the premier card and the business card to earn the companion pass and it worked like a charm.
