Diff. Price on Cabin

Hi. I had made our reservations a month ago and called Saturday afternoon to change the dates, from 12/6/08 - 12/16/06 to 12/08/06 -12/18/06 and the price was different. I just wanted to let everyone know that our price dropped from $229.00 with AAA, to $209.00. For those experienced with the cabins was the first price to high, or have they just lowered them? We are still hoping for a passholder discount, but thought those who have reservations may want to check theirs. Janice

I would love to hear what others thinks about this. I remember renting a tent site a few years ago and by dropping Friday from our reservation it changed the price of the other days. At least that is what I remember. I thought it was odd then.

Does anyone know if you get a better price on all days if you don't include a weekend day?

You may have changed seasons,when I made resv. for Dec. the season changes at 12/19. By making my resv. 12/18 - 12/28 my rate started at Value and carries thru at that rate. If I would have made it 12/19 the rate would have gone to Holiday.

I don't know why your rates changed by adjusting your dates just a couple of days. That's weird because you didn't move from regular to value or whatever. We currently have an AAA rate at the cabins and ours is $229 per night. If you figure out why the difference let us know! Of course I wouldn't be questioning it if it were me!! Have fun!

We might be going in December but I haven't figured it out yet - the older kids want to do SpaceCamp (16,12) and we might do Disney with the younger ones during that same time frame (4,2,1). Just got to see when school is out for Christmas and when camp is. By the way if you do SpaceCamp during the Christmas holiday time frame it is usually about 45% cheaper than if you do a summer camp.
