I hope everyone is doing good!
Bubba- I hope that going to the gym and getting some of those endorphins running you'll feel a lot better, and work won't get on you so! Have a great visit w/ your friend, that's always something to look forward to.
MonyMony- You are human, and if you're doing SB it's built for humans. Slip ups don't matter, getting back to it is what matters. After you treat yourself, and remember to treat yourself every now and again (you're human and can't live a bland life always), and then get right back to good carbs and good fats. It seems amazing to be able to put in as many hours as you do w/ the daycare and still be able to concentrate on you! So I say Kudos to you! You have a though road and I know you're gonna make it........just like the rest of us!

As for me, I was headed out to do some weeding......but who really wants to weed, so DH, doggie and I went for a 60 minute walk. I'd like to say I worked the hardest, but Doggie ran circles around us! I've been drinking lots of water, I still think I need to up it a bit, so that's another thing to work on! As for the weights I thought about them, and have now got them out, and maybe today I'll use them! I hope! Got on the scale today (abstained yesterday-so hard!!!) and am down 2 more pounds
Which makes my total 10/55
That's all for now, I need to take DS to a job interview, wish us luck!

Maybe it just means that everyone is too busy exercising to post!
I hope everyone is doing great and having a great weekend so far!!

Well I havn't been sticking to the healthy foods and I have not been exercising. I am at 163 that is up from the 159 lbs that I got down to when we went to disney. But my son starts school on the 3rd of Aug so I am trying to get back to a normal schedule and get back to eating healthy and exercising. I was hoping they would change the dates on the Fla resident seasonal passes this year so we could take a day trip to MK but so far no luck. I have already made the reservations at SOG for October and December so I have the incentive to get my but moving. I will be going to the grocery store later today and I am going to make a list and STICK TO IT, that is my goal for today. Well I will start posting more regularly now, hope to see all of you back. This place is great for support and just getting together to talk about what is working for us and what isn't. Thanks everyone!
