Dieting for Disney

Lionqueen - You are not prying at all. We have been married now for 13 years. Should I be worried about that number? I don't think so. I tell you what I think is funny. All of my family members that were at the wedding were making bets that we wouldn't make it past 5 years. Well, I guess we showed them. Now, back to the topic. I hope you have a great time going out dancing. I am sure you will and I am sure you will be great. Just relax and have fun with it.

o2bacelt - I have got one more piece of advice for you as far as your cholesterol levels as well as the other things that you were worried about. Now, this is going to sound a little off. Maybe even plain weird but I promisde it will help. Are you ready? Here it goes. RELAX! Take it easy. Those high numbers can also get higher if you have a tendency to stress about everything. That is a killer. It can lead to tension headaches, hypertension, nervous breakdowns and believe it or not, death. You need to know how to have fun with whatever you have to do. I am a firm believer in the fact that God will never put more on you than what you can handle so just relax. Now, this is just a general piece of advice since I really don't know if you have this problem or not. I do know that my DW has this problem so badly that she has NO IDEA on how to relax. She really feels like the only time she can is if we are away from the house and on a trip. Hopefully, you can have some fun with whatever you have as a daily routine. As Mary Poppins said, "With every job that we do, there is an element of fun. Find the fun and the job turns into a game." Hope that helps.

OK Now I need to tell everyone a few cliche things so bear with me for just a moment. And I am also going to add in something that happened at work and I will say that first. I had a customer come into the store tonight and we were talking and of course, I started talking about exercise and fitness. Within just a few minutes, she was encouraging me (just like all of you have) to get my certification. She was telling me that she had a friend that was paying a trainer $60 an hour to train her. I came back and told her that whenever I do get my certification and if I get a client, I would only charge $20 or $25 an hour. My thinking of the matter is if you are doing it for the money or prestigue, then you are doing it for the wrong reasons. If you are going to train people, your goal or motivation shouldn't necessarily be monetary but to know that you have been able to help someone achieve a healthier lifestyle. That's just what my motivation is. That's what I am tyring to do here. If I can motivate or educate someone into a better fitness level so they can enjoy their life better, that is better than any amouont of money that anyone could pay me.

Next, we all obviously love Disney or we wouldn't be on this board as often as we are. So with that, I want to quote a song from Return to NeverLand. "I try! But it is so hard to believe. I try! But I can't see where you see. I try. I try. I try." Now, why did I use that quote. Answer: We are trying to reach a goal that we have set for ourselves. Some of us have a goal of 15 pounds. Others have a goal of up to 75 pounds of total weight loss. When we all get started, it is so hard to believe that we can make it. It is so hard to think that we can do anything that can obtain such a goal but there is only one thing that will make it where we can succeed. Remember this phrase. If we don't try, then we can't succeed. I will try with every once of my being. Everything that I have. Everything that I am. This is my motivation. This is what will make me reach my goals.

Last, anyone who knows me knows that I love to try to inspire people. Well, here is a phrase that I had heard years ago and had actually forgotten it but then someone reminded me of it again today. Here it is. "Aspire to Inspire Before You Retire"

I am going to post another picture from our trip in another post. Hope you all have a great, marvelous and super-fantastic day!! :woohoo: :grouphug: :cheer2:  :cool1: :thumbsup2

I know this isn't Disney but I am a big Space Buff and this is when we went to KSC during our vacation last week. (Please forgive the lack of a tan.)

Another great pic Bubba! :thumbsup2 My nephews love anything and everything that involves space. They'd love you!

What a wonderful asset you are to this board. I've only "Known" you for a few days, and already I look forward to reading your posts. You are VERY inspiring and encouraging. Just what I need. Thank you very much!!!!

P.S. I measured today and lost a total of 2 inches from last week (half an inch on hips, half an inch on thigh and 1 inch on waist)!!! Baby steps right?

CJK - That's very kind of you to say. If I can ever figure out how to get the pictures sized down so it will be a little easier to enjoy, I will post more pix. As far as your results, that is fantastic. That is the motivator, better than any words anyone else can say. That is why you are saying no to some of the foods that you like the most and doing more exercise. But when you see the results and feel the difference, that is what makes it worth it. :cheer2: :cheer2:   :cool1: :cool1: That is what we are all working towards and I know I can speak for everyone here saying that we congratulate you for your success. Now, let this further your determination and strive to keep it up. The fact that you lost 8 pounds rather quickly can give you a false sense of security. We can't expect to have that kind of success every week or sometimes even every month. With that in mind, it can be very disheartening if you don't have those kind of results when you are working just as hard as you have. But we have to keep our motivation up through the good and bad times or else we will fall short. So here is a :grouphug: and a :cheer2: for your success and a :woohoo: for your future posts letting us know how well you are doing.

Great job and good luck!
Bryan

Thanks so much Bryan! :goodvibes You gave just the support I needed yet again. I'm just heading out to a pool party with lots of food, wine, and other temptations. Oh ya, did I mention wine? ;) I'm bringing a veggie tray to the party so as to KNOW there's something I can nibble on throughout the day! Thanks again and I'll keep you posted! Have a great long weekend everyone!! :sunny:

Just wanted to say "hey" to everyone!

Welcome to our little family. :cheer2:  :cool1: :woohoo:

I was going to pop on real quick and give you a personal update. Yesterday was my first day back to the gym in two weeks. This past week at work was extremely taxing on me and I never had the energy to go but yesterday I wouldn't let anything stop me. I spent a little over an hour there doing a lot of light weight lifting and almost no talking. I would just go from one exercise to another. Bam, Bam, Bam. I concentrated on mostly upper body exercises. Chest, biceps and triceps. When I left, I was feeling really good. I had that sore, tight feeling when you really hit the muscles well. It was exactly what I needed. Also, I tink some of the ones that have been here for a while (Momrek, lionqueen, kidsmom and the others) know that I have mentioned concerns about my DW and her health. Well, she and I had a talk about it on our drive home from WDW and there were some conflicting views being shared. She was telling me that the times that I try to motivate her to exercise and be healthy it actually has a reverse effect. Instead of motivating her, she gets mad at me and decides to do nothing. So I asked her if she would do better without me saying a word and she felt like she could. So I asked her why was it that she always had said that she wanted to exercise with me or someone to keep her motivated? It seems like by me trying to verbalize the same thing since our schedules will not really allow us to exercise together with any consistancy, that it would offer the same effect. She couldn't answer that one. So the other day I called the house from work and my DD answered the phone. I asked where mom was. She told me that mom was exercising in the living room. :sunny: :cool1: :thumbsup2 I was very happy to hear it and I guess I just need to back off. I have never tried to do anything but to encourage her but I guess to her, it came across differently. Anyway, I thought you all would want to know.

Thanks for being there! Hope you all have a great July 4th party: I know this is the time for lots of eating (hamburgers, hot dogs and such) but make sure you don't fall of the wagon to far. My family knows about my diet so whenever we have a get together, they always grill some chicken or fish for me. I never say anything about what they are eating and they don't say anything to me either. We just enjoy each others company and eat what we want.

Take Care!
Bryan :grouphug:

I have started my first trip report if anyone wants to go read it. I have only done the first day and will add more soon. Lionqueen, I am looking forward to you finishing your report too.

Welcome twotoohappy! This is a great place to get motivated and instantly feel welcome!

Bubba, I really need to remember how to relax, I often forget. We live outside Washington, DC and I always feel like we're in a hurry here, the pace of life is just so fast here. We've discussed moving somewhere else where things aren't as crazy. We've even talked about Orlando.

Today we did a little walking and shopping. I actually got to sleep in this morning, it's a real luxury with a 2 year old who still doesn't sleep through the night, so we got a late start but we're going to go to the pool tomorrow, all together, so we can have a little family fun and exercise. :)

I hope everyone has a great 4th. My numbers have stalled a little but we'll see what happens come Wednesday.

Bryan - thanks for sharing. It sounds like you've discovered how to encourage your wife to share your healthy living lifestyle, without outwardly encouraging at all. Wonderful! Hope it continues.

I'm off to read your TR!!

Hello all, sorry for not getting on the thread in awhile, this last week was absolutely crazy!

Bubba...I know exactly what your wife means. For some reason, we as women (I'm only generalizing here) don't like to be told what to do, or even "encouraged" to do something. The second my husband asks me to do something, for some reason, this little trigger rubs me the wrong way. It has to come from within, and for whatever reason, someone trying to encourage me seems like they are insulting me. Doesn't sound right as I type it, but that is how it is with me.

GREAT JOB on the workout!! I know how the 1st day back feels, it feels great! I was on a great roll until last week, will pick back up next Monday. Tuesday is the 4th family BBQ, Thursday is DS4's bday, will be 5..pizza party and Saturday is my sister's bday..family dinner. This week is just not conducive to a workout, but I will be back bright and early Sunday morn.

To everyone on the weight loss train with all of us keep your eye on the horizon. Keep a super positive attitude and anything is possible.

My trip report will be finished sometime this week, I promise...can't wait to read yours Bubba!! I had some "unsavory" people PM'ing me with insulting comments. It seems as if they don't see the humor I was trying to convey, but rather focus on a "psycho" mentality, which most of you know couldn't be further from the truth (happily crazy.but psycho:) Anyway, kind of got discouraged that my words would trigger such a response, but realize that the vast majority of sensible people realize what tone it's written. I cannot wait to share the rest of our magical trip with you, so I'll work on it.

Forgot to add...went Salsa dancing for the 1st time ever and it was fun. Luckily it was packed and there were (believe it or not) worse dancers than me. The lead singer of the band even asked me to dance..I was embarassed. I politely thanked him and declined..have to say it was flattering even if he was only about 24 :rolleyes1 Fun never the less.

Have a great week all, I'll be checking in. Have a great fourth!! Happy Birthday America!

TLQ

TLK - It is so good to hear from you. I can't believe that anyone would send you a "negative pm" on your trip report. I thought everything was extremely well worded and well written. I have always loved your way with words. I have come to realize what you said about trying to encourage my DW to be very true. She also exercised today without any prodding from me. I think I have come up with a winning combination here. Say nothing and get results. Whatever works I am all for. I understand about the tough schedule this week for you. Do the best that you can, have a lot of fun (if possible) and I hope you and your family have a great week.

CJK - You are fast becoming a "star" member of our group. (I hope that doesn't sound like I am singling anyone out.) But just in the short time you have been with us, you have really been dedicated to the program. Not because of your posts but because of your results. I am totally convinced that you are not only going to meet your pre-trip goal but even exceed it. You have the fire in your eyes like I did when I started my routine over 7 years ago. Just a little background. I went from weighing 212 pounds with a 38" waist and absolutely no muscle down to 160 pounds with a 32" waist and the beginnings of a 4-pack in my abs. I did that in less than 4 months. Talking about being totally focused on a goal, I was. I think at the time I was a little too focused. I alienated a lot of things and a lot of people during that time. I won't say everything that I did was the healthiest way to loose weight but I honestly didn't know better at the time and I knew I just needed to loose the weight one way or another. But I have learned the right way to do things and although I want to have that tight midsection, I want to do it the healthy way this time. You are going to succeed. I know you are. I know we are all behind you all the way. :grouphug: :woohoo: :cheer2: :cheer2:

O2bacelt - I have been to D.C. before and I have been trying to get back for the last serveral years. I really loved going to the Smithsonian, especially the Air & Space portion. I thought it was real neat then and I didn't know anything about the space program then like I do now. There was a lot of other areas that I didn't get too that I would like to visit. By the way, how is that relaxing coming? I know it is hard to do especially when you live in such a high-pressure area. We all have our stresses in our everyday life and we have our own way of dealing with it. I am hoping that you will be able to find a way to relax and be able to stay loose. I have said before that I work in retail and I have always told my employees one very important thing. We all have problems that we have to face and deal with everyday. But when you walk into the store and clock in, you are on my time and that means that you can't be crying about your boyfriend and you having a fight. (Note: I am not trying to be inconsiderate, please.) We are in a customer based business. So, on the way in, you pass a garbage can. When you walk by, take all of those bad feelings (anger, hate, stress) and throw them away. If you want to pick them back up when you leave, they will still be there. Usually, they will smile about what I said and that makes them feel better. But it does work. Just try to forget about whatever is bothering you and focus on something that makes you happy. If you are me, you would literally think about Disney, excercise or the thought of being the next man to walk on the Moon. But that is me. You have to find your happy place.

Real quick. I got back to the gym tonight and did a quick workout on my shoulders and legs. I also weighed myself for the first time since I got back from my trip. I couldn't believe my eyes. I really haven't been to careful on my diet for the last couple of weeks but I had a pleasant surprise. I haven't gained any weight. I am still at 186 pounds. How is that possible? I am not going to argue but I am shocked.

Have a great 4th of July!! God Bless America!! :cheer2: :grouphug:

:bday: AMERICA!!!!!!!!!
HEY GANG: Have been away in the great state of Maine for 5 days but left tonight the 3rd to come back home...our angle was to miss all the incredible traffic (on the 4th) that we have had here in the Northeast due to the fact the weather has been spectacular.
Off to bed now, but will post tomorrow!!!
BUBBA: Welcome Home and just love the pics of you and your DW!! SOOO glad you had a blast! You both are adorable, loving the EARS!!!!!!
HEY EVERYONE have a fabulous holiday and hoping your weather and day with family and relatives and friends is  !!!

Bubba, I'm trying to relax, we've been working on making our home a little less chaotic (not always easy as the 2 yr. old is taking the blocks out of the bag you just put them in while you go work on something else :lmao: ) but we're making slow and steady progress.

This morning I got up and went to the rec center/gym and took a yoga class this morning. Boy was that tough but it was pretty relaxing. I went home and picked up my DH and DD and we went back to the pool, they played in the childrens' end while I went and took a water weights class at the other end of the pool. I went back and played for awhile with them and when the baby was too cold she told us it was time to go home. I managed to get in 105 minutes of exercise today, not counting chasing the baby around the pool because I wasn't really working, she stands still a lot.

I'm hoping to make it into the deep water class tomorrow but the day care facility is full but we'll see if there are cancellations in the morning. If not, we'll go in at noon when they had an opening and I'll walk the suspended track or something for an hour. We'll head back at night as a family for swim and play time. It's nice to get active again.

Both hubby and I need to get our stuff filled out so we can get our fitness assessments. I have to say I'm not sure I want to know exactly what my percentage of fat is but at least I'll know what's going on so I know when I've improved. I need to remember to take my measurements here today so I have a record of where I've started.

I hope everyone has a great fourth of July! We're just staying here at home today, we've got friends coming into town tomorrow afternoon through Friday afternoon so I guess I'll be walking around our apartment complex in the mornings before they get here and get myself on a schedule at the gym starting Saturday.

HAPPY 4th to all. Fireworks are going off all over the area!! Cannot decide half the time if it is thunder or fireworks. We have had a stormy day here in MA. Tons of rain/thunder/lightening...but around 6pm it all cleared up. DH & DS have gone to Superman. I am home unpacking and doing laundry and relaxing on the DIS. Hoping everyone's holiday weekend was successful? I love going to my parents summer home in Maine. It is on the ocean and breathe-taking. My sisters (4) all get together and grab mom (80yo) and we walk the beach all weekend long. We are all dieting. We are basically pretty good at watching everything we eat while on vacation except for the occasional ice cream cone and YES, I had one but opted for SHERBERT. I could not resist a cone, everyone was having one...my one sis had MooseTracks and it was like choco/carmel/vanilla/chocochips etc etc! It did look fabulous but I was good. I had tons of fruit. Salad for dinner! I am happy with myself. OH and I played golf all day Sunday and we walked...my DS and all my sisters and my 80yo parents....yup we all WALKED. That was such a good exercise.
WELCOME to new members :dance3: !!! This is ONE of the best threads on the DIS. :woohoo:
LIONQUEEN: Salsa Dancing FABULOUS. And sorry to hear about the people commenting on your trippie  ...what is that all about. BUBBA: I will look for your trippie as well. I always keep forgetting to check out that TRIP Board!!! BUBBA: Wonderful picture of you at KSC! Wow!! You look so good and so in shape and trim!! You must be so proud of all your outstanding accomplishments!!! :thumbsup2
CJK, TWOTOOHAPPY, O2BACELT!!! It is so nice to meet you all!!! You will find this a very inspiring thread with valuable info. What I love mostly is the SUPPORT this thread deals out daily to all of us!!! We are a fabulous group of people and as this group grows...I am so serious about all of us meeting someday sooner than later and when that day happens..I know it will be like meeting FAMILY!!! :teeth:YES, BUBBA: In reading over your post about DW...I think some people can accomplish certain feats on their own and then some others need to vent it..kinda like us here...I need to talk talk talk as I struggle daily with my weight...but maybe this is exactly IT for DW. Let her set her own goals and let her achieve want she can w/o your assistance (right now)! I am so sure as her weight starts to drop and she sees all her accomplishments, she will then SHARE with you, how proud she is of herself and that even though you are by her side 24/7, you allowed her to accomplish exactly what she wanted and needed to do all on her own!!! :thumbsup2 AND, BUBBA: That is just so awesome she has decided that it is time now!!! You both are so cute! Thanks for all the sharing that you do 24/7. You really are a such a special friend to me and all of us here on Dieting for Disney! :cheer2:
Back to the walking track tomorrow. DH is still going strong. He is really excited about dropping his weight. He is 5'11 and is 220. When we came home from our cruise in Feb he was at 230. He has good days and a ton of bad days. BUT overall in 5 months has lost 10 lbs. He leaves the middle of August for Greece to meet up with my son who is traveling over there and DH wants to be down another 10 lbs. WE WILL SEE ABOUT THAT. I always say the slower the weight comes off, the longer it stays off. :thumbsup2
I have been walk/running. I am still averaging 7000 plus steps in our hour walk. Then everything else that day are my "bonus" steps. :sunny:

HAVE A GOOD WEEK EVERYONE!!! SEE YA!!!

This really IS the best thread on the DIS!

Bubba: thanks for your very, very kind words. I went out and exercised after reading your post! Thank you. I just hope I can maintain this momentum. I know one thing's for sure, this board and specifically, this thread will help me along the way.

Momrek06 Thanks for the warm welcome! I agree with all that you said. On days when I'm exhausted from all that happens during the day, and I think like forgetting about my exercise, I think of all of you inspiring people and get my behind onto that treadmill or go for a walk!

Thanks again everyone and all the best as we help each other on this journey to better health!

Momrek - I just love reading your posts. You always exude so much enthusiasm. It is really contagious. I thank you for your kind words about the pictures that I have posted. I am trying to work with a few others to get them sized down so it won't be so large. I have a real good one of DD and me at WL in front of the waterfall and another one of me that will probably have all of you laughing at me. Ok. Back on topic. Here is me in my outfit giving you and DH a :cheer2: for keeping up with your walking. Your enthusiasm has given your DH the energy and the desire to be a healthier man. I have always said that you are not just affecting one person here but many. Fantastic job!! :woohoo: :woohoo:

CJK - Thank you for giving me such a boost of confidence. You will never know what it meant to me for you to say that my words helped motivate you to exercise. That makes me want to get up and exercise again, even though I just got out of the gym. Now to the meat of the matter. You said you are worried about keeping up with this momentum. Well, that is what we are here for. Anytime you are feeling unmotivated to exercise or stick with your diet, feel free to share those days too. If you go back over all of the pages of this thread, you will find that is a very common problem. We all get a little tired after a while. That is perfectly normal. I also reccommend to take a break from working out after about 2 months. Take a week off. That doesn't mean to blow it but just relax for a while. Then when you get back at it, change up the routine. If all you do is the samething all of the time, your body will become stagnate. You have to change it up to achieve the results you want. If for any reason you can't think of anything different to do, ask us and we will help. Hope that makes sense.

Update: I am getting back into the gym pretty regularly again. I still can't go as heavy as I would like too because of the problem I am having with my back but I am still doing everything I can to stimulate the muscles for growth. I don't know when my next vacation will be but I have a goal to even be in better shape than I was on this last trip. I read where someone said one time, "The day that I am satisfied with my body is the day I stop going to the gym.". To me,that makes sense. Why would you want to keep paying for a membership somewhere when you are satisfied with how you look? I see this mentality every day at the gym. There are a ton of people there that have perfect figures/physiques but they keep trying to improve. I guess we all have different levels of goals but they are also somewhat similiar. We all want to be in better health. But there are some of those that will try to take the unfair advantage that is not healthy. After I got finished working out and I was changing, there was a couple of guys talking about steroids and one of them was about to get started on them. :scared1: I just had to get out of there. There is no way I would ever do anything like that.

Well, I hope all of you are doing great. The week is half over so we are on the downhill slide. For any of you space buffs like me, we had a very successful launch yesterday and it happened to be the first manned launch on the 4th of July in U.S. history. So I am elated. Have a great rest of the week everyone.

Today started out pretty terribly. Dh accidentally wacked me in the hip really hard in the middle of the night. It STILL hurts! Then, I woke up with a pounding headache and immediately had to get on the phone with angry clients. Today was my weekly measuring day too. I lost only 1/2 inch on my hips and nothing anywhere else. Intellectually, I know it's impossible to lose inches left and right every week, but I can't deny that I was disappointed. This, seemingly, lack of progress encouraged my already bad mood, to turn into a really lousy mood! I think that the constant activity and visiting over the past few days have taken their toll. I was sooo tired.

Still, I made myself change into my work-out gear and go do 25 minutes of Taebo and 15 minutes of interval training on the treadmill. I'm feeling much better now. Dh wants to go for a walk tonight too, so we'll see how that goes.

Congratulations Bubba on getting back into the swing of things! You're absolutely right about changing things up re: exercise and your routine. I want to get back into playing tennis and hope to get started this weekend if the schedule allows. Plus, doing the same thing also makes me bored and I think I bore way too easily!

Hope everyone has a great day! :goodvibes

CJK - I am so sorry that you have had such a bad day. Yet I am going to let you know how proud of you I am. Yes, you may have only lost another 1/5 inch but on the bright side, you lost another 1/2 inch. We always want to have those big numbers but in reality, we can't. Take those baby steps and celebrate. If I loose a 1/2 inch, my thought process would be at least I didn't gain a 1/2 inch. I am still making progress towards my goal so it isn't all bad. You are doing wonderful. Even through the bad days and the pain, you are still staying with the exercise. :woohoo: :woohoo: :cheer2: I couldn't be prouder of you. Just keep a positive mindset. The world is full of negativity that will get you down and keep you down. The true test of a person's determination is how they deal with the everyday stresses of life. I have complete faith in your abilities to be able to deal with these tests.

Good luck and have a great day!! :grouphug: :cheer2: :Pinkbounc :woohoo:

HEY GANG :sunny: !!! The week is just about goneeee!! WOW! DH and I just back from our walk. He is really loving this. I came in showered and made boneless chicken and salad! YUP and that was plenty. Now I just finished cutting up strawberries and blueberries for a snack later on! DH leaves for Greece in 38 days and he is so bound and determined more than anything to get the weight down (somewhat) before his big trip. AND I am loving the company at the walking track. I have been telling DH we will walk ONE MORE STEP than the day before and it has been fun. Today we were so busy talking we actually did 300 more. I reminded him...we will need to keep this goinggggg and he is so there!!!

CJK: A LOSS IS A LOSS! Hold your head high ::yes:: ! Flip this all around from JUST a 1/2 inch to YIPPEE SKIPPEE :cheer2: I LOST!!! YUP, that is what you need to tell yourself..it is DEFINITELY a LOSS!!! I am there with BUBBA agreeing that we always want the BIG # but in reality like I said before, when it comes off slower it STAYS OFF LONGER!!!
Ahh..tennis..what a great sport!! I hope that works out and you can get on the tennis court soon! :thumbsup2
I, as well, get bored..so DH & I have been changing our walk up quite a bit. The area in our town where they have this fabulous walking track is ENORMOUS and allows one to walk in all different directions every day if you want.
BUBBA: :scared1: run DON'T walk away from anyone mentioning anything at all to do with steriods. Horrible! Not good! AND ILLEGAL! Believe me I am aware there are many at my gym that use them as my son has overheard them in the locker room discussing it and you can see the definition in their bodies :scared1:
I wanted to mention how you said you were taking it slowww..GOOD! You do not want to get hurt by rushing back into the w/o you were doing before hitting the WORLD! I would never think like that...I am always HURRYING in my life ALWAYS and you, BUBBA, using your fabulous "TRAINER'S" mind knew that you needed to go slow! WONDERFUL!!!! That just never entered my mind and I could see myself getting hurt and then having to STOP for awhile...SEE I LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERY DAY FROM DIETING FOR DISNEY!!!!!!
BUBBA: Yesterday I was straightening things in my basement and came across some 1, 2 and 3 lb weights my DS had given me for XMAS a few years ago to use...WHAT IS YOUR OPINION OF ME HOLDING THESE WHILE DH AND I WALK??? Is that a good thing to do or not and is there any real benefit to walking w/weights! I would love to hear your thoughts on this! I would start out with the ONE lbs and down down the road work up to the 2 lbs????

OKAY EVERYONE OUT THERE LISTENING AND READING!!! Have a good FRIDAY!!!
