Hey there everyone--I am starting to get back on the wagon. We are booking our Disney Christmas Vacation now and I want to be trim(er) for those photos this year!! I have done Slim 4 Life in the past and lost 40 # in 4 months, but then I didn't have the councelling anymore and put it back on--I ready again to do this and have recently joined the gym too. My goal is low for Decmeber but its the only way I can stay focused and I know I can go beyond my goal.
Anyone else on board want to join me for this 6 month journey and beyond?

I mentioned to him about waiting until Christmas or the week after or something but didn't know if he could wait that long. He's ready for a vacation sooner.
If we worked it for a super long weekend I could probably go sooner but would miss a day or two of classes and I'd love to shoot for perfect attendance though I think it may be hard having a child as they get sick.
What was I thinking...I was thinking that its been cooking all day and I had to have some! Tomorrow Its Lean Cuisine.
as soon as I started eating regular food again. I've been doing WW by myself for the past 2 weeks but no results yet.
My trip to Disney is actually in September, but I like the idea of visualizing how much I'll lose by christmas, as it might be more motivating for me since I could lose more i that time period than I could by september! Right now I'm 220. My goal for my september trip is 199, and my goal for christmas is 175! 45 pounds to go! Hopefully I can lose about 8 pounds per month. I need a place I can be accountable to! I've been yo-yo'ing like crazy.
Now if don't eat for the rest of the day, all will be well.
I'll tell myself "i'll just do ten minutes today.. ten minutes won't hurt me.. ten minutes is nothing..." and then i'll go on the treadmill or something for tenminutes.. usually once i'm on I might do more, but just getting on the darn thing is the hardest part! Anyway it works for me so i thought i might pass the tip along. goodluck!
