I had her check Chefs de France and she said there was plenty available (that in itself worries me). I went ahead and booked it but don't know if I'll keep it. I'm going to keep checking back for others.

We were there in April and it was the best meal of our trip. Keep it and enjoy.

I was going to say the same thing. IMO, Chefs is as underrated as Le Cellier is overrated.
