Being a travel agent, let me make a comment here. You need to get in touch with the person who booked this for you. The Animal Kingdom lodge is available through Disney at the same rate that is on hotels.com. Tell her that you want to change your reservation to the Spring Room offer with dining and tickets at the Animal Kingdom Lodge in a standard view room. There may be a $50 charge for the change, but usually it is waived if the reservation change results in a higher price. There may also be a fee for reissuing your documents (if I remember it may be $25) which they may hold for you at the hotel instead of mailing them to her. You should have received paperwork from her with your reservation details and vouchers.
