The professions, "Counselling", "Life Coaching", "NLP Therapist" and "Hypnotherapist" to name but a few are NOT regulated in the UK? It means anyone can take a short course to orientate themselves (or not for that matter), slap their name up and start practicing, no qualification needed? I've done my work but the fact that some random could download a hypnotic script and act as a Hypnotherapist troubles me.

There are no qualifications where I live either. You just have to pay the state $100 a year for your license.
