We were there in January and we dined at both spots.
CRT was lunch on DD's 5th birthday. She met Cinderella, Snow White, Jasmine, Belle in her town dress, and the Fairy Godmother. She got some special attention since it was her birthday. She did not eat any of her lunch, as the food wasn't too kid friendly. She did get a birthday cupcake though.
We did Norway the next day for breakfast. We saw Belle as the greeter in her yellow dress, Jasmine, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty (who was her favorite at the time), and Mulan, who was the nicest princess ever. It was CRAZY busy here. We had to wait a long time for our food. BUT once it came, it was good. And the chef made DD some peanut-safe pancakes that were not on the menu to accomodate her food allergy, so we really appreciated this. The princesses spent a lot of time with us, and both Snow White and Mulan gave some extra attention to our the 17 month old, which was very sweet. Later in the day, we saw Mulan in China, where she warmly greeted BOTH of my girls by name. That was amazing to me.
So, you can't beat the castle for atmosphere, but the interactions at Norway were priceless (and only one TS credit instead of 2!)
