Did you stay@Sequoia-Rm 2360 or other with balcony?

HI, Have now seen some lovely pics of above room and looks fab.I especially love the views and the balcony (warm balmy evenings drinking a glass of wine I can just picture it now)!!

So many thanks to DENMARK for the first class advice.

I was planning to book it until I realised it appears to have only a Kingsize bed.

As DS also staying, I wonder if there is something similar with 2 double beds and a balcony with lake views at Sequoia OR could we fit another bed into 2360??
I dont know as I havent stayed there BUT PERHAPS THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE, WILL COMMENT PLEASE.

As far as I know you can't book a particular room. While you are booking you just can add things like: "A room with 2 queen size beds" or "A room with a kingsize bed"
Or if you pay extra you can say: "A Montana room" or "A Montana room with lakeview"!
But you can't request a special room! You should keep this in mind!
No one can assure you that you will get the room you dream of!

Do all lake view rooms have a balcony? We have booked a standard room in the SL, but might consider paying the extra £150 for a lake view if we were guaranteed a balcony, but it doesn't seem worth the money otherwise as I don't expect we'll be in the room much.

We're going in a couple of days to Sequoia Lodge. I have sent a fax to the hotel asking for a balcony. (a bit of a long shot, but I thought it would be a worth a try). I shall report back on whether I have had any luck!!

However from the pictures it looks like only a couple of rooms on the corner have balconies.

That's what I thought. We have requested two rooms together so I suppose that reduces the chance of a balcony room. Have a great time!
