Did you get your Gift Card Yet For Adding On?

Just wondering if anyone received their gift card incentive after adding on at BLT. Did it come Fed-Ex? TIA! We closed on our add-on contract in December.

We just added on and our guide said it would take 6 or 8 weeks? Hope that helped... Has it been that long for you? We added on at SSR

I was reading over our add on docs this evening, and if you're financing it says you have to make 4 payments and then they'll send it out.

not sure of the time line if you paid cash?

i thought the add on bonus was only for certain resorts and BLT was not one of them. we just added on last week..paid cash, but nothing was said about the gift card...can anyone confirm and / or post link with this info

I talked to my guide last week and he said that 3 payments had to be made then after the 3rd payment the gift card would be generated a month later. I was asking because we are going to DL in May and I would love to use it then.

I believe the gift card was offered for if you added on last year 2010, after watching the webcast, 100 or more pts.

We added 125 points at AKV in late Dec. 2010 and never heard anything about a gift card. Should I be contacting our guide?

We too added points, divided between BLT and AKL. After the contract had closed I called accounting and made a three month "principal payment" to the new contract to guarantee delivery before our April trip. Have not received it yet but my guide, Gib, said to call him if I have not received it by March 1 and he would expedite the card.

We added soon after the December web cast, and yes, it is Gib McCain. Gib has been great since we first purchased DVC back in 2006.

We are still waiting for our gift card. We paid cash for our 100 point add on and closed in mid December. If it is not here by the end of January, I'm going to call our guide and see what is going on.

Our guide said that they (the accounts department) are trying to get the tax documents ready to mail out,so they haven't had much time for anything else and to check with them next month!!!!

Finally got our gift card!


It came today via FedEx. Signature required. Yay! Now we can knock $350 off the cost of our AP renewals....

You had to watcha webcast to be eligible for the gift card and goodie basket! So if you watched it then you should call your guide.
