Did you ever have a PAPER dress?

I've never heard of people wearing paper dresses. You'd definitely have to watch the weather before you wore it. You wouldn't want to get caught in the rain. :)

As I recall, the paper they were made of sort of felt like a J-cloth. It didn't really feel like normal paper.

I had a paper dress, but not the kind you folks are talking about. For one of my wedding showers, the guests made a paper wedding dress for me that I had to wear for the rest of the shower. They even made me walk down the street in it to my DH's Dad's store!!!:o

Well Snoopy, that certainly IS a fashion statement! I'd love to see a picture of that dress. :p

Here's a link on the history of paper dresses. Like paper panties, they definitely afforded "easy access" :) :) :) ......

PAPER DRESSES

A. They have a HISTORY?

B. What happens after you have been accessed? Do ya gotta go home nekkid???

It was the summer of 1966 that I had a paper dress. Wow, I'm feeling really old now :(

Of course, I don't think that I'd want to tear off the dress of any woman who wore:

Oh, no problem then. I am an expert at constructing togas! :)

Does Mrs. EROS know that you took that dress from her closet????

Yes, I think I wore it for Halloween. The print was either floral or psychodelic. No GoGo boots though, my mother wouldn't let me get them:( I'm guessing it was somewhere between 1966-1968

Wow, this is TOO funny! I vaguely remember this fad......I was a good Catholic grammar school girl in the mid to late 60's, so it wasn't anything I would have owned but I do remember them!
