OUTSTANDING!!! YIPPEEE!!!! Those first week adjustments are such a lifter!!! I get in trouble because then I expect every week to be like that then to be at goal in 6 weeks!

Take measurements...sometimes with the low-carb or starting a new diet the weight comes off quickly...and some weeks pass with not loss...but you ARE losing inches....so that can help you realize your hard work is paying off!

Just think by Feb 19th...you'll be far above your goal and can not be so hard on yourself for those weeks where life gets tricky!
