I'll add to the 'Ohana breakfast recommendation! We've done it on every one of our trips and on our Christmas trip it was the unanimous request from the kids. Yes, we did get leis -- right after checking in and just before our pictures were taken. They're mighty scratchy on the back of the neck though so we ended up wrapping them around our wrists or Ariana put hers in her hair.

Arkershurs might be on our list for next time for breakfast. We didn't like the dinner food (well Alex did) but really liked meeting the princesses.

Just catching up! Awesome update!

O'hanas is my favorite meal of the trip... next to Le Celier. And I think I would have put them sharing the tip spot on my list.

We added this day so that we could get some more MK stuff done. Needless to say we didn't get bearly anything done. I was a little disappointed but being our last day we refused to wait too long for anything.

yes both places were very good!!! I don't know how often I will do leCellier now that it is 2 TS credits but I would do it again

Were you guys at MK that day and I missed you... I am so sad that we did not get to meet

Akershus is ok (to me) for food. The princess interaction is good and what we go there for! Food wise I would put Ohana and CP way above it so if it is princesses you want go there, if it's the food you can get better.

Next trip we will be doing CRT again so no Akershus. But I think we will try dinner at CRT this time

The only Custome Service issue I had was I ate there twice this trip and didn't get leid once

I wasn't fond of breakfast at CRT especially for 2 TS credits but I have heard some good things about dinner so i will give it t a try... that and the girls begging for anything Disney makes me give in

We were at WDW the same dates. I was checking your pics to see if we photo"bombed" any, but not yet. We were in Epcot the same day so far. Cant wait to see your take on the frigid weather ahead.

That stinks!!! Our server just brought a plate of chicken nuggets and fries without us even asking!

I don't think we will be going back for Dinner, the girls didn't like it at all and it wasn't my favourite meal so I think we will stick to breakfast there

But it's good to have that information in case I need to pass it on

so sorry your server didn't even offer, they totally should have especially after you mentioned the kids wouldn't eat the adult offerings. ugh.

This was our fist time at Ohana too. I will give the breakfast rave reviews but the dinner food was okay for me. My mom and the kids didn't like it too much. I am still sad that we didn't get leis

I would still try the cheese soup, just because I didn't like it doesn't mean you won't but I was really expecting something cheesy not just orange

well we will definitely put the breakfast on our list. I really want to try Kona again too- DH and I did breakfast there once and it was good, but i hear lunch/dinner is good too. I hate to do 3 meals at the Poly in one trip though, maybe we will save it. lol

Sunday December 12

Park: Hollywood Studios

Reservations: Hollywood and Vine

Today is our only DHS day for the trip (although next year I think we will hit it twice)

We started the day off at Hollywood and Vine to have breakfast with some friends. This was Emma's choice because she loves Handy Manny

And Emma had some fun doing the Imagination Movers dance

The food was traditional breakfast food and what I would expect at a Disney buffet.

I left mom and the Emma outside the restaurant (smoking area so my mom could smoke and I will never mention the smoking area again because I was really annoyed that she had to stop every 5 feet to have a smoke. I quit 3 years ago to go to Disney and I like to go go go not smoke smoke smoke. This is one of the reasons I won’t make my mom come with us again) Sorry rant over

Where was I? oh ya, I ran over to get FP’s for Toy Story with Eryka and the return time was 3pm

Oh well at least we will ride it.

On our way back to meet mom and Emma, Eryka and I ran into Disney Channel Rocks! I of course love Disney Channel and its music so I was dancing right across the area which of course embarrassed Eryka and she refused to get her picture taken with me by a PP photographer ( I was very sad ) Emma did go get a picture taken with me (really bad picture) and Emma danced with me too

We caught the Little Mermaid show. I kept watching to see moms reaction when it rains on her I love that about the shows at Disney… the smells, the water

We decided to see who was at the character meet and it was just Mickey with a long line so we skipped it. We did hop into an animation class and got to learn how to draw Donald Duck. I think mine turned out good since I have never drawn anything before. Both girls hated theirs but I think they did a good job. It is Angry Donald

We tried to head over to Beauty and the Beast but the canceled the show for some reason so we went on Muppets 3D

The girls wanted ice cream and I have been dying to try the Grapefruit cake so we grabbed our snacks and went back to the hotel to rest. This was perfect timing since it started to rain as soon as I came out of Starring Roles

Mom took a nap and I took the girls swimming for a couple hours. I knew the cold was coming so we better swim while we can. We decided to play in the arcade for a bit and then grab dinner at Pop before we head back to DHS

When we got back it was too late to get a RNR FP so I guess that makes next years list and we missed the last Beauty and the Beast show too
We rode TSM, only 1 time this trip which is so sad

I kicked her butt!!!!
