OK boys and girls I am off to church this morning but I will be posting an update this afternoon in the middle of watching all the New England 2nd stringers beat Miami

I didn't really like the soup at Le Celier either, tasted like nacho cheese to me! Can't wait to read more![]()
Mmmmm, nacho cheese sounds kinda yummy
You know, it never occured to me to not go to MK on a Saturday but that makes total sense to me. Locals I guess eh?
Your trip up Main Street sounds exactly like our first MK day with the parade and then the Castle show right away. I'm so glad you loved 'Ohana and you got some great MSEP shots![]()
great update even though you didn't get a whole lot done as you said! We found that on our trip too. We had lost some hours since my bro's friends/roommates let him and my parents in with his free tickets but even with losing 2 hours each morning to wait for his friends..it still seemed like we didn't do a whole lot but when you aren't paying for it, I guess it doesn't matter so much!
Hopefully you got more things crossed off your list!!
You too and I will!!! Are you still stranded at your moms?
At least yours tasted cheesy
We grabbed a raft over to Tom Sawyer Island, our first time there. The kids spent some time exploring the fort

I got back home on Tuesday and then had to get ready for my cousin's visit!
Hey!!! Get off my Stitch!!!!
Isn't that place creepy? They could make a really cool haunted house there during Halloween!
Hey! I have one of those!!! LOL I still don't know where I'll store them. Ugh so much Disney stuff!!!
I still haven't seen the MSEP. There's always next time!
EEEEEK!!!!I have Mk planned for Sat on our trip too(as of now) I don't think we have ever been to Disney on a Sat. before, so i didn;t really think about it, I was just avoiding other parks EMH's. We have BBB for the morning and then 1900 PF for breakfast, so we'll get back to Mk around noon when it's super busy! But I am also thinking of doing the resort photshoot that day too, so maybe we'll just do a few things and get out. We also have Sunday planned there, and no park for Monday, but we can go back if need be.
I thought I might join in and read along. I went last year about the same time and it was cold and raining then. We about froze one day. YUCK!
us too-Will feel in love with the monorail, but we didn't get it this year. i think we might for next year though! We have the train set already.Merry Christmas to you too! We had a great one and the girls love the castle playset. I was going to get the monorail while I was there too but they didn't have any when I got the castle and I didn't really want to pay double shipping. I can get the monorail next trip!
Here's hoping your next one is a girl and she and Will can play with the castle together!!!
us too-Will feel in love with the monorail, but we didn't get it this year. i think we might for next year though! We have the train set already.
looks like another great day, but sorry MK was so crowded. we enjoyed MSEP too, but i miss Spectro- it was sort of my parade and i have fond memories of seeing it a lot when i worked my CP. I did enjoy seeing MSEP again, brought back childhood memories.
so glad you found the snowman bucket- we love ours too!
so tell me more about Ohana's breakfast- who were the characters, Lilo, Stitch, Pluto and who else? we are considering this one for next year.![]()
Mickey is also there. the kids do a little parade around the restaurant with the characters. The thing I really love about Ohana compared to other character meals is that the food is brought to the table instead of having to go up and get it. I am not worried that I will miss character interation. The eggs were fantastic (best I ever had) and the Mickey waffles were so soft. A guy walks around with a tray of them and gives them out to people that need them so they are always fresh. There is also a view of the castle from Ohana which is an added bonus.
This will be on my ADR list for every single trip from now on and I highly recommend you try it!
Akerhus is a combo of both. You can go up and get some stuff like fruits, cheese, danishes, but then they bring out a platter with eggs, sausage, bacon, and a potato casserole.
I'm not sure how I missed out on your TR!?? I also just realized I hadn't started Daddy_of Princesses yet either! How wierd?!
We got the snowman popcorn thing too! I was sad I had missed out on the Halloween one, so I made sure we got this one!
About the monorail toy- I had tried EVERYTHING to get Jack the WDW railroad set before we left, even called merchandising and she told me they wouldn't be getting anymore in until the new year. I was so upset, but I went ahead and bought a different train set, and wrapped it up before we left. On our 3rd day, I was in the little shop outside of MK and THERE IT WAS!! They had restocked! I bought it then and there and was so happy I almost cried! Jack loves it, but now he keeps talking about the monorail... so maybe next year I guess!
Your trip sounds great so far, looking forward to more!
