Well it's over. My TR and our trip. The morning we left was pretty uneventful. We woke up, packed and headed out. We had to leave early, so they didn't have our receipt on our door yet. I ran into the lobby and asked the front desk if they could help me out. Within about 2 minutes I had my receipt and a wish for safe travels and all that from 2 VERY helpful CMs. One was training, and it still took no time at all. I told them how much we enjoyed the CSR and how friendly everyone was. They were very gracious and glad that we enjoyed our stay. They then directed us to the ME stand and off we went.
ME had one little problem with hearing apparently and tried to check 2 bags for us. We had called the baggage place to pay for the day before, and we were definitely only checking one. Well the guy tried to tell us we had to pay for it and blah blah blah. I said um NO I only said 1 bag. Then he got kind of an attitude and I just ignored it and said, well I'm only checking 1 bag, sorry if you misheard me. A manager came over and apologized to me because he overheard it, but I told him it wasn't a big enough deal. I was too tired to even care. After that we had no problems, made it to the airport with plenty of time.
Even writing this, reminds me of what a great time we had. We're going to be moving to North Carolina at the end of the year so it's close enough for me!!
