Did Online booking site change over the weekend?

So our first purchase that started back in June finally closed in August and in September Disney finally mailed out a one page letter acknowledging the sale with our membership number. We finally decided to start looking this weekend for bookings next year. On Saturday I could select from multiple resorts and room types and search them all at once, but on Sunday the page looks different and I have to select from a drop down menu and select one resort and one room type at a time. Am I missing something or did something change?

Sounds like you were use the "Check Resort Availability" search, rather than the booking search.

Thanks, I'll try availability again, hopefully that's what I used on Saturday.

To reserve a room, select "Book Online" from the "My DVC Membership" drop down menu.

If you just want to see what resorts have rooms available, you can select "Check Resort Availability" from the "Plan Vacations" drop down.

Last night I had that select one resort and room type drop down appear on my ipad browser. When I made my selection and hit search it threw me back out and said I needed to make my selections and it was the normal page with a drop down resort and drop down room types. So yes, what you saw was there and something new but it's something funky going on. I guess that eventually we get used to this mish mash of whatever pops up.

BTW - This was the booking section - not the RAT.

How many ways may I say "Like" . WDW has no IT - they have third grade losers, from the so called CIO down...

MickeyLovestheU - the ultimate answer to your dilemma.... CALL CALL CALL. When online systems fall to pieces? The very GOOD CM's at DVC will take care of you. Tell that broken Web Site to stick it . And if you have the time? Suggest to Disney that they hire a REAL, FUNCTIONING, WORKING CIO (Chief Information Officer). Sadly, they don't have one.
