Did member website change log in?

I tried to log into my DVC member account. It won't let me in. Did they change something (again)?

Initially they made me create a user name. Then when they introduced MDE, they made me switch to my email address.

Now the website says to enter my member name or email address. But it won't let me in with my email address and password. I never associated my member name with a password, so I'm skeptical about that working.

I tried calling Member Services (which is the phone number listed on the sign in screen), but the recording said there is a 25 minute wait.

Don't use your email if that's not what you normally have done. You probably can get it set up to access but if you've had a login you have used just continue with that. My email is still associated with a different password and doesn't work to access the same things my login is.

I've been having a problem too. I just need to call when I know I have an hour to kill!
