Did I Overbook My Dining?

Okay so, I may just be frazzled but I think I've counted my credits wrong.
Dates are 6/22-6/27. 5 nights = 5 TS on the DDP, yeah?
Here's my reservations:
6/22- Ohana Dinner - 1 TS credit.
6/23- Diamond Horseshoe Dinner - 1 TS Credit
6/24- Biergarten Dinner - Paying OOP
6/25- Tusker House Breakfast - 1 TS Credit/Marrakesh Dinner -1 TS Credit
6/26- BoG Dinner- 2 TS Credits (1 saved from OOP Biergarten)
So, 6 credits used? Did I count wrong?
It didn't look right that I had two 1 credit meals in one day, and then a 2 credit meal the next day.

Yes, you have 7TS meals scheduled, and only 5TS credits.

You have correctly accounted for 1TS OOP, but still have 6 other TS meals with only 5TS credits.

Also, I believe that Biergarten might be a little more expensive than some of your other choices (Diamond Horseshoe, for one), so you might want to re-think which ones you're paying OOP.

I'm not the one paying OOP. Trip leader decided to so that we could have the "extra" credit, and I think that wording might have thrown me off a little. But thanks for helping me clarify. I will probably either pay OOP for Marrakesh or just cancel it and opt for a QS meal instead.

Actually I would probably pick breakfast to pay OOP for. Breakfast is usually the cheapest.

Tuskegee House is a pricy breakfast because it is a character meal.

OP- when choosing how to pay for a meal, OOP or dining credit, I always look at the entree price. I would rethink Diamond Horseshoe completely, but this one might be the lest expensive of all meals on your list. Also, look at the entree costs of Marrakesh.

I think you are best off paying for BoG OOP. The value of 2TS credits is a lot higher than the cost of BoG.

Your math is correct, you have 7 TS credits scheduled, paying OOP for 1 leaves 1 more TS credit over your 5 allotted.

As others have suggested, BOG is not really "worth" 2 TS credits so even though at $60 it's more expensive than another meal, paying the $60 OOP means not paying OOP for your 2 next cheapest meals (Diamond Horseshoe at $38 for the buffet option or even cheaper a la carte, $38 for Tusker House breakfast, or Marrakesh where the most expensive entree is $38). Picking any 2 of those 3 to pay OOP would add up to more than the $60 for BOG.

Alternately, dropping Marrakesh and going to a QS would leave you with 6 TS worth of credits scheduled and you'd pay OOP for 1 meal.

In either scenario, Biergarten is currently $44 and so I wouldn't choose that as the one to pay OOP for.

Oh I totally agree, but like I said it's not myself that is paying out of pocket. I just had my math wrong when it came to the remaining credits after the fact. It's all "free" for me, thankfully.
